Longtime local engineer/producer/musician here. Lease is up at my current studio, and I'm looking to expand into a larger space. I'd be interested in leasing a built out space, or I can build out a studio start to finish if you have open space. I'd like to partner with an owner for a long term lease situation, or we could discuss purchase if you are looking to sell. Somewhere in/near New Orleans preferred.
