4 year old chihuahua needing a home NO LARGE DOGS

I have an older chihuahua I took in almost a year ago. I was told she was 2 but she seems alot older the vet guessed maybe 4 years old or more. The people I got her from abused and starved her they had multiple large dogs so she is terrified of any large dog male or female so she needs to either be the only dog in the house or needs to be with another small dog. She gets along and wants to play with my moms small dog when she's around him so she's good with them. She is good with cats as I have 2 of my own. She's skiddish around men and has a fear of people wearing hats. Once again from the people who had her before I think the husband beat her while wearing a hat. She needs a fenced in backyard that she can run around in if it's not fenced in she has to be on a lead or she will run away. She would be best for an older couple or someone who's kids are teens as she's skiddish and kids are sometime to much for her. She does do good with them tho as I have three kids under 10 they are just to much for her at times. I'm asking a 100 rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home.
