African drumming, local artists, and a celebration for community leaders. Follow the drum beat as we gather around honorary visual art and watch murals of Southside notables come to life! Local artists will work to guide the involvement of the community in the painting of mounted murals and contribute expressions of thankfulness to community leaders and persons of impact on our inaugural Southside "Wall of Gratitude". The public is invited to come out to dance and enjoy African drummers, dancers, and DJ Ace on the 1's and 2's.
