Pups seeking Rehoming

All too often heard of situation where the homeowner says ‘no dogs’. Two females. A 14 week old puppy and a 1 year old dog. Mixed breed dogs with short coats. They’ll have Embark results + health within a week or so, and I will be happy to share that and some pics. The 1 year old is house trained, has manners and some obedience training - she requires consistency from her people or she’ll see what she can get away with. Overall lovely temperament. She can be a little standoffish at first with strangers or strange situations (quickly warms up). She’s sweet, affectionate. She has fun at the dog park and being outdoors in general. Also likes to relax indoors. She has a lot of experience with kids and seems unfazed by them. She is spayed. She seems to be around 40lbs. (She has Labrador looks with a smaller frame - pretty with a chocolatey black coat and amber eyes. We’ll find out with Embark!) The 14 week old is still learning things. She is a fun and affectionate puppy. (She is said to be half Border Collie/Aussie with a possible Boxer mix. Again Embark will tell. Based on her puppy size, she may grow to be 50 to 60lbs.)
