Property Preservation Contractors Needed: E&H Property Management, LLC is interested in Property Preservation subcontractors who are available to service the Santa Clara County area. E&H Property Management, LLC subcontractors provide maintenance and repair services of vacant residential and foreclosed properties with Regional Asset Management Servicing companies. Please ensure that you can cover required work orders in a 24–48-hour time frame. Should have experience performing preservation work on foreclosed properties. Depending on your skills, your work may include some or all of the following: ● Initial Secures ● Property Condition Bids/Reports/Inspections ● Maintenance - Grass Cuts (Initial & Routine), Tree Trimming, Mow, Edge, Weed eat, Blow, Snow removal ● Maid Services, Initial Sales Clean ● Trash-outs/ Debris Removals - **Note: Must have a truck & trailer or access to one** ● Winterizations, De-winterizations ● Roof patching, Mold treatment, etc. MUST HAVE - Must pay attention to details and provide timely responses to all work orders - Smartphone with working flash - Your personal equipment - generator, compressor, drills, lawn equipment, etc. - Payments are rendered biweekly via check of - General Liability Insurance and Errors/Omissions Insurance (preferred not required) - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel up to 30 miles for work. - Copy of General Liability and Error & Omission Insurance (if available) Our Quality control Inspectors ensure that the work orders are completed, so mediocrity is never an option!
