Available: 'Mother' apartment: Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, new appliances, short walk to the beach. Nice quiet town.
In exchange for: 40hrs of childcare. Great job opportunity for retired person or college student. Must play well with children and pets. ☺
Breakdown of pay and job responsibilities:
Apartment: $1400/month (covered by homeowner)
Weekly Stipend: $300/week = $1200/month (paid in cash or Zelle to caretaker directly)
= $2600/month for 40hr/week = $16.25/hr
Job Hours vary slightly:
Max time: 0630-6pm Monday-Thursday/Friday
4days/week- Alternating Thurs/Fri off.
All weekends and holidays off. Room for vacations off when kids spend time with their father. Looking for someone to start ASAP. Schedule given 1 month in advance.
Responsibilities Include: Transportation to and from school, homework/virtual help. Healthy lunches/snacks PEANUT FREE. General supervision.Maintenance/Keeping Apartment clean and neat. Animal friendly.
