Varnishing help

While I am a classic wood boat owner I am shit at applying varnish. This is the outside of the cabin and aft cock[ pit. This a a recoat. High gloss tinted Chris Craft red. I have it nearly prepped. except for the the transom which is next. It would be best if you are interested To meet at the marina and walk around the boat. If you are experienced I am sure you will have your own application brush It will be about a quart of varnish. I generally apply Man o War I like using gig for help but am plagued with responses that have zero experience. My budget is $400
