Looking for Individual to Prep Property for Vacation Rental

Description

We have been running a licensed vacation rental for 6 years. We are in need of an individual to prepare the outside of the property for guest arrival. The duties include, cleaning the pool and adjusting chemicals, cleaning outdoor grill, arranging outdoor furniture, cleaning up landscaping, and the like. The work usually takes 2 hours. The ideal person would have this or similar experience and must be available during the day on needed days which could be weekends or weekdays. Calendar is provided 3 weeks in advance.
