We are LivClean. We are the fastest growing professional cleaning company looking for experienced Residential and Commercial Cleaners to join our team! We are looking for cleaners who will be cleaning our Airbnb's located in the Charlotte and Ballantyne areas. Most of our homes are located in: *Ballantyne *Uptown Charlotte *South end *Noda *Plaza midwood *South Park/park road areas *Concord mills area Position Overview: The Corporate Cleaner will service and clean Corporate Rental Units located in Metro Charlotte and surrounding areas. General Duties: - Turning over house(s) in timely manner (time allocated depending on size of space) - Making beds - Cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, dining/living room areas - Vacuuming and mopping (Vacuum provided as well as mopping and cleaning supplies) - Taking out trash - Ensuring house looks ready for new guests (i.e. straightening pillows, furniture, etc) What Would be Awesome to Have: - Eye for detail - very detail oriented, nothing goes unnoticed - Prior experience with cleaning - Reliable vehicle/transportation - Trustworthy and hardworking - Flexible schedule with willingness to work on weekends - Ability to take on new tasks and instructions - Smart phone with working camera to use our cleaning software and checklist system - Complete an interview / on the job training - Show up ready to learn and work! - Must successfully complete a background check for criminal history and creditworthiness. - Reliable and trustworthy.
