Sunday Weather and Surf Forecast: On Sunday, low tide is at 7:25 a.m. at 1.6 feet, and hight tide will be at 3:14 p.m. at 4.5 feet. The ocean temperature will be 64 degrees, relatively warm enough to surf with a summer wetsuit, especially if the sun comes out, according to Surf-Forecast.com. What's Happening Near Laguna Beach, Week In Review: Summer concerts could be coming back to Laguna Beach. The city council is considering the return to Music in the Park and summer performances at Heisler Park, with the lessening COVID restrictions across the county.
