All new hires start at $15.00/hour and will get paid evaluations after 90 days and 180 days of employment. The goal is to get all new Apprentice Painters trained into Lead Painter roles making $20-25/hour + Company Work Vehicle, Bonuses and Benefits within 1-2 years of hiring. We will give you all the tools and training needed to make that happen. We support a fun and friendly team environment to create a healthy enjoyable work space for everyone.
