I will be strict on who takes her and will require vet references, proof of home ownership. I will not allow her to go to an apartment. Reason for rehoming is divorce. She is 4 years old, UTD on shots, great with cats/dogs and all kids of any age. She lives with 4 kids and we've never had any issues. She's well mannered and can be off leash and stay with you. Potty trained. Rehoming fee applies to weed out any untrustworthy people.
