I need a large room built inside my commercial space. 48 feet x 20 feet, 10 feet high ceiling. One dividing wall evenly down the center. The build out area has a celling about 20 feet high. The celling of the rooms must be able to support the weight of a person working on top (for installing hvac only). Framing ONLY. Materials will be provided. Please send me the total estimate. LABOR ONLY. 2-3 day job max.
