Perfect for student or someone looking to learn trades / life skills. I can work with flexible schedule if you are a motivated self starter. Summer job or permanent. Must live in South Austin. Landscape design, Grounds keeping, Learn all trades as we build a house, Animal husbandry / ranch work...Interest or experience in any of these areas is a plus. Compensation: Start at $9.00 per hour to start, more if you have tools or experience, live close by, and are dependable.. You must have transportation and a license. Must have experience with safely using basic hand tools, weed-eater, chainsaw, and painting. 15 acre mini-Ranch in South Austin near Slaughter and I-35. Also I occasionally have work in Central-East near Callahans General Store. Need general help 10 - 40 hours per week on a regular basis. you decide...part time or full time.: Weekly projects can include : Chain-saw, trim-trees, paint, clear, weed-eat, drag branches, cut and stack firewood, mechanical maintenance and repairs on tractors equipment implements cars, trucks and small engines, repair wood or barbed-wire fence, repair gates, occasional basic carpentry, plumbing. electrical, etc etc. We are building a house I can train to do all trades of this. Hopefully you have some experience in some of these areas? Flexible hours, perfect for student. Must be dependable and have transportation. I am very flexible on what days / what hours work for you but would like it to be similar days / hours from week to week. Dont mind if it takes a couple of weeks to develop the best schedule for you but once we come up with best plan Id like it to be a regular schedule that I can count on. Will start at $9.00 per hour cash will pay more if you have experience and/or tools.
