Clean Gutters and Downspounts $250

I've got a 2000sgft split story house that needs to have all gutters and downspouts cleared of all debris. I suspect that they are very full. I also want the leaves, junk and debris cleaned up off the ground outside and put into plastic grass bags. You'll need to have a ladder that will go up to 25ft to play it safe. If you can't reach the second floor gutters, then there is no point in doing the job. I need all gutters cleaned or none at all. The other key point is that I need this done on Monday (tomorrow). You can do it in the morning rain or in the afternoon when there is not supposed to be rain. It doesn't matter to me, but I don't want somebody to tell me they can do it tomorrow and then push it off for a day or two later. I need to get this done ASAP due to some leaking going on in my basement. I'll pay $250 cash but can't list it under "compensation" section because of some problem I'm having with input on the ad writing section for it. So right now it's listed as "no pay", which is, of course, not correct.
