Hi, We're looking for a new home for one of our cats, Dumpling. We adopted her early last year following the passing of one of our older cats. She's very sweet, but she has not acclimated to the energy of our other two cats and we think it would be better for her health to be in a quieter home. Dumpling's favorite activities are cuddling, watching birds (she loves watching through the window and also enjoys watching birds on tv), and being brushed. She also loves catnip and will run across the house to the sound of the bag rustling. Dumpling sometimes gets in a playful mood, but she doesn't want to play with the other cats, just by herself. Mostly, she is content to just lay around with her human as much as possible. She does shy away from loud people, so would not likely make a good pet for children and she definitely prefers women to men. Dumpling is missing one tooth that sometimes gives her a funny sneer, especially when she's grooming. She also seems to have shorter than average legs and isn't the best jumper, which may contribute to her not wanting to play with the other cats. Dumpling is an indoor-only cat. She has stepped outside two or three times since we've had her, but seems pretty terrified of being outdoors and immediately comes back inside.
