Looking to get a female small dog or a border collie to replace the one I just lost. Will not pay high dollar though. I am looking in multiple places including the pounds. Will spay and do vet care. I have an existing male dog that I can't have another male so only looking for a female at this time. I would prefer a puppy but will think about a year old dog if they are well trained. Thanks
