Solo bassist looking to share a practice space. I have a fairly compact setup, so I wouldn't be taking up much space. Hoping to find musicians equally mature, i.e. not going to steal/use/spill beer on my gear. Alternatively, if you have an office or industrial space you'd like to rent out that I could use for practice, let me know.
