T W Enterprises, Inc is looking for an experienced excavation person to run their Earthwork Division. Equipment operator -All new equipment - Mid size to small excavators, front end loaders, large and small skid steers, mini skid steers, etc... This person should understand residential excavation jobsite procedures with little explanation, operate various pieces of equipment with attachments, and direct a small crew. Small foundation holes, drainage, driveways and gravel pads, Harley rake, lawn installs, lot clearing, tree and stump removal, forestry mulching, flail mowing, etc...Winter work includes snow plowing. Must have a drivers license, willingness to teach and a good attitude. Be physically fit and be able to lift up to 75 lbs +. background checks and drug tests will be done as needed. $24 to $30/ hr based on experience.
