I've got a hauling business and keep the GVWR under the weight requiring a CDL. This makes it much easier to have drivers, since you won't need to have a CDL... We run in all states, but if you have a particular area you would like to run, we will look into it for you. About the Role: As a non-CDL Driver, as long as you have your AZ drivers license and no accidents or speeding tickets, you're top list. We run brand new Chevy Silverado Trucks, Big Tex Flat Bed Car Hauler trailers, and any loads you can imagine, to any state needing it. Right now we're focused on filling positions for in-state Arizona "local" runs, so, you'll be home every night. As things evolve, so can you. Sky's the limit. Requirements: 1+ Years of Driving Experience with no accidents or speeding tickets (can be discussed) Strong work ethic Responsibilities: Make pickups and deliveries on time Ability to communicate with your dispatcher when there are issues Benefits: Freedom of Choice Know the Boss Competitive Salary (Drivers can bring home $1,500 to $2,500+ per week) We pay a percentage (to be discussed) of the gross truck payload per project.
