Cat in tree 6 days now

My name is Dan and I need Help!! There is a Cat stuck in a tree now for 6 days and 5 nights so far...I Tried calling all humane and animal rescue people and NO ONE would offer help!!!! This Cat is Surely dehydration by now and No FOOD for these 6 days., SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!! WILL NEED A BUCKET TRUCK and a heart. Please help!! the Cat is in a tree at 956 Saxon Ave. He CAN NOT get down. PLEASE HELP!!! I have 100.00 dollars to whomever will get this cat down.
