I am looking to hire at least one person right now. Maybe a second by next month. This is NOT A DAY LABOR JOB!!!! WE DO NOT PAY CASH DAILY FOR ANY REASON!!! You are paid weekly every Friday WE do not pay advances either!!! I own a Painting and Handyman Company. We get into a little bit of everything. Bonus points if you have CONSTRUCTION related experience. I do pay based on experience, but to start out I will pay $15.00 per hour by direct deposit (Zelle), or Company check that you can take to my bank if needed!!! You are paid weekly on Friday with one week held back. WE DO QUALITY WORK ONLY!!!! If you show me that your work is spectacular, I will advance your pay as rapidly as possible. I provide really nice beverages for you daily ($10.00 per week contribution fee if you choose to participate in this program)....all you need is a sack lunch and appropriate work clothes. I do prefer that you wear long pants, and boots or hiking shoes. NO SLICK SOLE SHOES!!!!! We are on a lot of roofs and ladders, and that is too dangerous to wear shoes without decent tread. We work Monday through Saturday in the most ideal world, but most weeks the Weather will slow us down. This is why it is need to schedule yourself to be working for that 6 day schedule. On a full week you should be earning at least $600.00 per week maybe more depending on more than 40 hours worked, and gratuity from our customers. All tools and equipment are provided by me. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you wish to. Qualifications: You must have a valid drivers license with a reasonably clean MVR, and a way to get job site wherever we are working. Meaning that you should have your own vehicle. Therefore, you must have reliable transportation!!!! Occasionally you will get to drive a company vehicle. This is why you need a valid license. You MUST be legal to work in the United States, and speak fluent English!!!! We are a professional company, and if you smell like the party that you had last night.....you will be sent home. This is for the safety of our customers, and your co-workers. You must have NO FEAR of getting on ladders or roofs. We do work on some high elevations most of the time.
