Good day! Looking for a creative individual who is passionate about food, where it comes from, how it is prepared and what it can do for your mind & body. I am am private chef looking to expand and take on more clients, catering opportunities, and private events. My focus is Local Farm/Sea to table meals for individuals looking to make a change in their eating habits. Duties would include, but not be limited to: -Sourcing from local farms and markets -washing and storing of produce, meats and dry goods -preparation and execution of cooking vegetables and proteins -cleaning and organizing work spaces -delivery of prepared meals to clients locations including general socialization in these situations -Menu development and collaberation -coordination of meal schedules -assisting in private events -self education Individuals should poses a general knowledge of kitchens and food preparation and safety guidelines. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must. Good attitude and personal hygiene required. This is currently a part-time job that will expand into full time as growth occurs.
