Help Car Maintenance: Rounded Oil Drain Plug

Need help completing oil change and potentially installing hitch onto Dodge Grand Caravan 2009. Tried to change oil on my car and can't get the oil drain plug off. Half of the thread is completely rounded (13mm). Just hit it with some penetrating oil and will give it another go, but could use some help. Trying to get this all done at home while working on other things. I already have the new oil & filter, and some tools. May require you to pickup some parts from Autozone up the road if you're ok with that. Please bring any tools or spare parts you have to help troubleshoot this Hoping this comes out cheaper than waiting around at the mechanic, please let me know your offers/rates.
