Family ran business operating with a tight knit team in Rural Arlington is looking for a reliable person to assist with general projects, maintenance, and labor of Ranch Property. Looking for trustworthy hard worker to not only help us grow but to grow with us! Ability to perform the physically demanding portions of position: Heavy lifting, climbing ladders, walking a distance, crouching, stooping, digging, etc. Ability to work in a variety of outside elements Gaining knowledge and having hands-on training for a wide range of construction trades: Plumbing, electrical, framing, carpentry, dry walling, painting, staining, heavy machine operation, and working knowledge of hand and power tools, learning to read prints, etc. To be considered you will need to have and clear the following screenings: A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record Pass a 7 year criminal background check Take and pass a drug screen Offered: Competitive starting wage of $20/hr Full medical benefits Paid time off and holidays
