FULL TIME- MAINTENANCE TECH needed immediately Job description: Maintenance of multiple properties across Boulder County On call status every third week paid at a flat fee whether you have to report to a job or not. Company vehicle provided Qualified candidates will have: Previous experience in property and building maintenance (1 year) Ability to work efficiently independently Ability to pass all required screening Ability to work on-call including weekends when required HVAC and Plumbing experience Ability to work with a diverse community of people Good DMV $18-$20/hr DOE Please call 970-829-3615
