We have a position open on our residential landscape yard. This position loads customers with small and large front-end wheel loaders, stacks wood, keeps the yard looking sharp and clean, pushes up product piles, measures customer, greets customers so customer service is key. The right candidate also has potential to become a driver or operator. Ideal candidates will be safety conscious, dependable, hard-working, and able to excel in a team environment. Benefits for all full-time employees: • Medical and Dental • 401(k) • Paid vacation and PTO accrual • Bi-Weekly pay with direct deposit Physical Requirements: • Fast paced working environment that is outside with seasonal temperature changes (we work regardless of the weather). • Must be able to lift 50 – 80 lbs. on a frequent basis. • Must have the ability to bend, twist, kneel, and squat repetitively and stand/walk on uneven surfaces for long periods of time. Qualifications & Required Experience: • Must be 18 years old • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. • Min 2 years front end loader experience • Safety awareness and positive attitude required – Safety Committee experience is a plus • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Preferred Experience: • Experience in landscape material and firewood is a plus. • Experience with forklifts, or light to heavy machinery is a plus. Schedule: • Open 7 days a week. Where we try to get you two-three day off together. • Day shift hours of operations are from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM in the peak season and 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the off-season, with occasional mandatory overtime.
