Rawhide Electric Services is excited to be adding another experienced HVAC installer to the team! Our HVAC crew runs on dedication and teamwork. We strive to be the best we can be in our field and are willing to train and adapt anybody that shares that mindset to our companies’ practices and standards. This job entitles installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, gas piping, refrigerant piping, learning new skills and equipment regularly, and clearly communicating with customers and office team members. We are accepting applications of experienced installers. This is a full time Monday-Friday position. MINIMUM QUALITIES Pass background/drug test 3 years of experience installing HVAC equipment Basic understanding of building, mechanical, and fuel gas codes Be capable of completing an HVAC installation or replacement without direct supervision Be familiar with all HVAC components and their operation/function Ability to lead/train less experienced team mates Good communication skills Advanced knowledge and skills with power and hand tools Mechanically inclined High level of honesty and integrity Basic math skills Insurable by company insurance carrier Valid driver’s license Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes Have the desire to be great at your profession and live up to Rawhides’ moto “Fast, Reliable, Professional, Every job, Every time” DESIRED QUALITIES NATE certification PTCS certification Limited electricians license JOB DUTIES Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in a timely manner Install heating and cooling systems and all of their components including thermostat wire, refrigerant line sets, drain lines, gas pipe, and ductwork Lead the install process while training less experienced team mates Be on time ready to go every morning Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Crawling in attics and crawl spaces Maintaining vehicle cleanliness Giving up-front pricing to customers Collecting from customers when jobs are complete Send email with resume along with professional references
