Singer wanted

Hey. I'm looking for a singer. I've been in multiple bands and they all loved my voice but I can't get my voice to sound good on this recording equipment I have. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and I'm out of patience LOL I use an acoustic guitar to record my songs. No screaming at all but belting it is almost in every song.
