Existing composite deck needs tree roots cut away from

I have a composite deck that was installed around a tree. The deck is ever so slightly starting to move as the tree is growing. I believe the original installers either installed the framing/joists too close to thr roots or directly on them. I'm looking for someone to pull some boards off and cut the the roots away so the deck doesn't get damaged. The hardware (picture attached) is hidden between the deck boards and allows for the boards to be removed and reinstalled without damage. It's imperative that the person hired has experience with installing decks and specifically with this type of hardware because I don't want any of the boards damaged. I'm assuming this will take a few hours. If you are capable and interested in this small job, let me know.
