We are a restaurant in Manayunk. Problem 1. Second floor leaks down to the first floor. It is not a broken pipe or drain. Maybe a loose pipe seal around the floor? But if we pour a little water on the floor it drips through dark and kinda dirty looking. Problem 2, We have recently had a sink replaced but the hot water wont stop. Even turning it off underneath it still slowly drips. Problem 3 I have a faucet that needs to be replaced. It is for my dish room sink. I will upload pics as soon as I can.
