There are many, many many instances of where and to whom any irregularities took place and had a financial reversing affect on American citizens. Many people of the white color were passed over for promotions for no other reason than that their demographics did not fill a government mandated quota. And the ripple affect of that caused great hardship. So let's not forget to pay them with tax dollars too.
