Looking for someone to remodel attic areas

Hello all, I have an old 1940s home in Des Plaines with some unused attic space I'm trying to turn into a playroom / office. There are two attic spaces, one above a room and the other above the garage. My idea is to connect the two attic areas together making the smaller area a kids play room / storage area. There is a door inside that leads to the small room. (last three pictures) From the smaller attic room you have access to the above the garage attic space. This is where I'd like to create an office. I'd like to have the entire garage insulated and covered with boards to maintain the rustic look. I'd also like to connect the two areas together with a door. The picture with the rectangle/square drawn is the two rooms meet. Please take a look at the photos and send me an approximate quote for labor and/or materials. I can have the materials delivered if necessary. Please share any references, websites, reviews, and/pr photos of previous work. I will take this post down when I've hired someone.
