Our business is in immediate need of a B licensed general contractor to help us with contract administration, change orders, sub-contracts, bid management, etc. and to qualify our corporation in order to provide the construction related aspects of equipment installation services in Southern California.
This is a work from home opportunity as no driving to job sites will be required.
Could be perfect for an experienced licensed contractor who is retired.
An active general contractor's license, cell phone, computer and internet connection would be necessary.
