The emails keep coming in from potential customers in need of mowing and landscape work to be done! Mac Daddy Mowing and Maintenance is in its second season of business and we are growing fast. So fast that we can't keep up... That's where YOU come in!!! Do you enjoy working outside? Do you have a strong work ethic? Do you enjoy getting paid to get in shape (you won't be needing a gym membership anymore)? Don't worry if you don't have experience. As long as you are a hard worker and you are teachable, you may qualify to be on our team! Our workload is split up between mowing, maintenance (cleanups, bush/hedge trimming, garden bed prep, mulching, etc), and landscape/hardscape installations. We are small, but we're growing fast. Right now it is just two people, two trucks, and two mowers. We are building and don't have all of the newest and the best equipment YET, So if you've worked for landscape companies who have been in business for years, then don't be surprised that we don't have the same fancy mower you're used to using. As the owner, I (my name is Mike) am constantly reinvesting into the business to add tools and equipment to help make things more efficient and easier on us. My point in telling you all of this is to be transparent and so you know what to expect. Also, to show you that you will be an inaugural member of our team should you come work with us. Joining us early on means there is a higher likelihood of you becoming a leader as we continue to grow. This means more raises which means more money and everyone likes more money!
