Join Anah, your guide and friend, for a few hours of Hoop Dance, Authentic relating games, and community connection! Dance. Connect. PLAY! Date/Times: June 5th, 2pm- 5pm 2pm - 3:30pm ~ Hoop Dance: Hooping skills, techniques and play to enhance connection and joy. 4pm - 5pm ~ Movement Mystic: Self/other awareness games, dance and journaling for greater flow of insights and healing. Location: 374 Park Ave, Eugene, OR 97404 **This is a private residence** Cost: $60 for both **space limited to 10** More about this offering and the origins of its creation: What we have been missing most this last year all comes down to CONNECTION. Connection to self, to each-other, and to the life we used to live.. and perhaps most of all, to PLAY. Good thing, connection and play are my JAM. During my 20 years dedicated to Hoop Dance it was about connecting to my body, my play and my spirit... all while building a like minded community to share it with. As rich and deep as my hoop journey was, there came a time it became clear that to move forward with my own healing, I needed to put the hoop down... for at least a little while. So, in 2017 I embarked on a series of seemingly never ending trainings, workshops and ceremonies. I was well and truly ON the ride. In 2019, I discovered the most impactful practice I had yet to dive into... the practice of Authentic Relating. If you are unfamiliar, its mostly comprised of games designed to help humans connect with each other in a way that feels REAL, raw and honest.... or like E in a hot-tub, without the hang over 😉 Oh yeah, baby... I was HOME. Then, on NYE 2020, I had a big AHA on the dance floor. I saw that my most connected, alive, and insight rich moments have always been lost in the music on the dance floor, with or without my hoop. I saw that movement, play and dance was intrinsic to my style of growth and connection. I had put play aside in order to learn these deeper skills, but it was time to integrate it back in. Thank goodness! I saw that my gift to give has always been about sharing the art and process of connection, flow, love and play. I see now that I am, and have always been, a Movement Mystic and so are you. So that's what I've been up to for the last 5 years. No big deal 😉 Now I wish to offer this process, this play, this connection technology to YOU. So, are you ready? We will hoop. we will dance. we will connect and most of all, we will PLAY!
