This position is located at a luxury apartment complex in Englewood, NJ. We have high expectations when it comes to selecting the right candidate for our positions. If you have janitorial experience and a friendly demeanor, then this might be the perfect fit for you. Job duties include, but not limited to: • Must adhere precisely to a strict routine • Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, stairwells, windows, lobby, sidewalk, etc. • Provide luxury experience throughout the building • Maintain common areas of building at all times to ensure they are clean and all equipment is functioning property • Maintain pool area for safety and cleanliness of residents and guests • Remove garbage/recycling from trash/compactor rooms and prepare for pickup • Maintain grounds and exterior property of building • Snow preparation and removal • Perform minor tasks as directed by property manager • Report any required repairs to maintenance supervisor • Must be able to interact professionally with vendors, employees, and residents English is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus. Driver's license is not required, although you will need reliable transportation to arrive for your shift on time every day.
