We are a Vacation Rental Condos Cleaning Company, located in Kihei/Wailea, seeking to hire one or two hard working people, on a long term basis, to be part of our team. The Housekeeper/Cleaner would be hired as an independent contractor, under a 1099. She or he must be organized, willing to learn, efficient and detailed oriented ; as well as have her/his own reliable vehicle, and cellphone. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE, Kihei residence is preferred but not required. The compensation is paid per unit which would average anywhere from $20 to $25 a hour, once the Housekeeper/Cleaner is able to work independently the pay increases. Condo Pay Pricing once fully independent (After 60 trial period) 1B1B- $71 1B2B- $85-$97 2B2B- $117- $135 3B3B-$150 Avg per condo- ($71+$91+$117)/3= $93 per condo 5 condos a week- $465 7 condos a week-$651 10 condos a week- Avg $930 If this seems promising to you, please email me back with your work experience, and a little bit about yourself.
