Description

I need to build an additional room with the bathroom. I would estimate it to be around 600 sq feet. We have a slab installed by the builder 15 years so maybe we can use it or reinforce it to use as the base. I need to build this room on the budget and quickly. I can submit the plans to the city myself and and also buy necessary materials if needed in order to save time and money. I just need someone to build a structure. Ideally I'm looking for someone to do the whole thing but if you can only do the structure, I can hire a plumber and roofer for the bathroom and roofing part. You need to be licensed and insured. I'm in the R Section in Palm Coast. Thank you D
