Male Dog With Collar Found

Description

Large neutered male dog found in Subway/Little Caesars area on Leighway drive in Richmond around 6pm on 5-15-21. He came up from behind Subway and was trying to cross the Eastern Bypass. Asked around the neighborhood but nobody could identify him. He is young, clean, and very friendly. I'm sure he belongs to someone. Dog was wearing a collar. Must be able to describe collar to ensure ownership.
