$20/hour: Help with patio, terrace, build out, painting, home improvement

I am looking for someone to help me do various home improvements like build a patio with techno blocks, assemble a pergola, masonry, indoor work on rainy days. If you have some experience in building patio/terrace, it's a plus but not required. I have about 3 to 4 months of work in West Medford. $20/hour, free lunch and snacks.
