Join us and be amazed by a paella cooking demonstration, performed in front of your eyes by international chefs while enjoying live Latin dancers & musicians. Local chefs will cook their paellas while competing to win the best paella prize. Paella & Pasion features world class talent! Guest artist singer & guitarist Mariano Manzella headlines the ‘Flamenco de Mayo’ series that provides low-cost performances for festivals, restaurants, & schools that want to celebrate Hispanic culture near the Cinco de Mayo Holiday and helps us turn OC into a Spanish village for the day! This family friendly, outdoor event provides local Flamenco dancers, singers, & guitarists an exciting atmosphere to perform. Costumes are encouraged, and even for sale.
