Ric Orlando is back with a delicious and locally sourced dinner!
It’s a wee bit early for the rush of vegetables, but what is out now is delicious.
The menu may change a bit as i visit markets this week, but this is a good sketch!
Butter Poached Radishes with chives
HomeMade Focaccia
Local Lamb Dolmas, stuffed and baked in the grape leaves I foraged and brined last year!
Spring Risotto with asparagus, morels and green garlic
Salad of local lettuces, R&G goat cheese, homemade beer vinegar and olive oil
Hudson Valley Pork Chop Milanese with lemon-caper sauce, little potatoes and chives
Dessert - Surprise! Let’s see what I find!
$65 ($20 deposit now, $45 night of plus drinks and gratuity)
