Condominium in East Fort Lauderdale currently interviewing for BILINGUAL janitorial / maintenance man with experience in handling duties for an association. Janitorial duties include cleaning lobby, pool area, restrooms, elevators, residential floors, parking lot, trash dumpster rooms - 75% of duties are janitorial. Maintenance duties include cleaning light fixtures, changing lightbulbs/fixtures. Maintenance duties are 25% of job. Occasional pressure cleaning, touch up painting and other small projects are assigned to reach 8 hour daily work schedule. 40 hours per week at this property. Pay at this property is $12.00 per hour. Must have at least 2 years prior work experience in a similar role. Both English and Spanish is preferred. Must possess strong work ethic and attention to detail. Looking for candidates who take pride in their work and keep themselves busy. Priority given to candidates who reside near the job location.
