*Atlantic | Pacific Management is hosting an OPEN CALL/JOB FAIR for Maintenance Technicians & Painters** When: Tuesday, May 21st, 2021 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Aria On The Bay 488 NE 18th St Miami, FL 33132 **Please come dressed professionally, wear a mask, and bring copies of your resume. Valet parking is provided and will be validated** Responsibilities: --Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager --Complete daily work orders as scheduled --Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use --Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary --Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing --Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties --Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart.
