Painting party to create gallery and exhibit space inside Harris County Cultural Arts Council. Harris County Cultural Arts Council is effecting a creative transformation of unincorporated East Harris County by bringing the arts and culture within reach of people from all walks of life. It's a BIG job but, with your help, we can do it! Join us for one, two, three, or more days of painting as we work to transform our repurposed facility (formerly a church) into a state of the art cultural center complete with gallery, meeting, and performance space. We have the paint brushes, the paint, and the fun. All we need is you. When we're done, you will have helped to create more than 10,000 square feet of gallery space and set on us on the path toward bringing about a creative transformation of an entire community! Yeah, It's BIG! Join us so you can tell all your friends "I'm Part of Something Big!"
