Help fixing door / frame from outside to garage

I've never really encountered an issue like this and am by no means a carpenter, maybe a light handyman at best... That being said, I've included as many pictures as possible and a hopefully semi-adequate description of the issue. What has happened is that since we've moved into our new house, the door / frame to the garage from outside has loosened and moves with the door when opening and closing. It is also generally just offset and angled at this point and clearly coming apart. I imagine this is a combination of it being installed improperly and us being too forceful with it compared to the previous owners. Would love a quote from anyone who thinks they can help fix this, and you're welcome to come look at it in person to make an assessment. As new homeowners, we're also just looking for a reliable handyman/contractor we can call for misc repairs, so opportunity for more jobs (if you want)! Thanks in advance!
