Rehoming 5 yr old cat

Looking to rehome a 5 year old female calico cat. She was a rescue and was already spayed and front declawed so she must be an indoor cat. She's friendly with people, kids and dogs. She's our only cat, so not sure how she is around other cats. She does have a behavioral problem with urinating on furniture, including beds.
