NHG proudly welcomes back The Dallas Koi Kichi Group and The North Texas Water Gardening Society for a water-themed morning in the gardens. 9:00-1:00- Gardening Guidance- Browse our selection of water plants, containers, and accessories, and visit with ponding experts Lisa Herrick and Diane Strickland of NTWGS. They've got advice on starting your first pond or water feature. Stop by the DKKG table, too, and visit with Michael Moffett and members of the group to find the fun of fish. Just as every other day at NHG, you can always talk to our experienced Garden Advisors for help in getting started. 10:00am- Koi Auction Registration- Drop by the DKKG table so you can bid on your dream fish! 11:00am- Noon- 19th Annual Koi Auction. The Dallas Koi Kichi Group sponsors a yearly auction of high quality koi, hand-picked by its members. Pay with cash, check, or credit card, and don't forget to bring along a container large enough to take your koi home.
