Drummer wanted to setup drumset

Hey there, I'm a musician that has many drummer friends. For some reason or another they are just too darn busy to help me setup a drum set in my garage. I was left a drum set by my late brother and I just want it setup. I just want to know if I have everything I need to put it together. Its an old Tama Imperialstar. So, if there any drummers out there that can help me out I would appreciate it. I will pay you for your time. Thanks, A guitarist without a clue.......
